A Hagley accountancy practice is marking its 25th anniversary by joining forces with a major UK accountancy firm.
DHH Accountants in Hagley, has merged with Baldwins Accountants – becoming the group’s fifth acquisition in the last five weeks.
Staff will move with immediate effect into Baldwins Accountants’ Stourbridge office in Copthall House on New Road.
DHH Accountants’ Nick Webb said:- “We have become established as specialists in accounts, taxation, business advice and support services and this move into the Baldwins group will take our firm to the next level,” he said.
“Baldwins has further invested in its tax, corporate finance, banking and payroll teams to support its growth which means our clients will have access to their specialists in these departments.
“We both consider it important to give our customers value added services and by bringing our teams together in one office in Stourbridge, we will be providing access to the wide range of financial services which businesses need to grow whatever their sector or size.”
Mark Craddock, a partner at Baldwins Accountants in Stourbridge, said this was an exciting time for the business.
